Introduction Dear Friend of Home Education, It is my absolute joy to encourage parents in their high calling to raise extraordinary children. I've had the privilege of speaking to many groups in several countries over the past 20 years, but sharing with home educators is such a passion for me, because homeschooling is what I've spent the bulk of my adult life doing and continue to do. I can identify with these parents who have made such huge lifestyle adjustments in order to invest significantly in their children. They've 'bought in' with all they have in hopes that their child's greatest potential will be realized. I know what it is to carry this 'burden' and I must admit it's been a driving force in our lives in the Mira home. I also know the power of encouragement as it's come to me through others.
